Delicious and popular even with non SS people (and are great to eat for sports too).
Bake in muffin tins at 350 until done--15-20 minutes usually.
3 sweet potatoes, mashed (approx 2 cups mashed)
1/3 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts
2 TBL unsweetened chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
