Directions

Grease bottom of pan.

Mix all cake ingredients together.

Pour into greased pan and bake for about an hour.

For the topping:

Whip all ingredients together until stiff.

You can put in food coloring to make it “pretty” for kids.

Ingredients

2 cups oat flour

2 cups brown rice flour (You could also do ½ flour and ½ protein powder)

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 ½ mashed banana

2 eggs

1 cup liquid (milk or water)

Nuts optional

Topping

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 mashed banana

Strawberries for the top
