Yam Cake with added protein. Play around with different spices for variety..
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until mixture is sticky, goopy, and partly pourable.
Pour and press into a lightly greased 9 inch by 13 inch pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cool and cut into 32 squares. Freeze or store in the fridge
3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
3 cups oats, rolled, quick-cooking
1 cups protein powder (Restore)
1 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter, but add extra oil)
⅓ cup water (up to ½ cup)
