A tasty chicken salad - great with rice or potatoes on a bed of fresh greens!

Directions
Combine the chopped chicken, celery, apple, onion and walnuts in a bowl.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Start with ½ teaspoon of curry powder and increase until you reach your preferred taste. More lemon juice will be needed to thin the dressing as you increase the curry powder.
Put the curry mixture over the chicken and toss to coat everything. Chill for at least a couple of hours up to overnight.
