1. Pour 2 cups veggie juice in quart jar
2. Add lemon juice, vinegar, oil and hot sauce - shake to mix
3. Dice and add vegetables to jar and mix with liquid.
This recipe is very forgiving, you can add or subtract veggies and spices to taste.
2 cups V8 or Low Sodium Veggie Juice
1 Tomato
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Onion
1/4 tsp Garlic Mince
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp White Vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
dash Hot Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste, if desired
