Put the yogurt, ricotta, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix together until creamy.
Add in strawberries or other fruit and grape nuts (optional).
Eat and enjoy!
**Freezing the mixture long enough, but not too long could make a lovely summer treat, like sherbert.
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
¼ cup nonfat ricotta
1 cup strawberries or any other fruit
¼ cup grape nuts (optional)
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
