Quick and easy one-pan breakfast dish!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9” x 13” pan.
Lightly beat eggs in a large mixing bowl and add flour. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into the 9 x 13 pan and put into the oven. Bake for 30 minutes. This makes 12 servings.
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
16 oz cheese, shredded
10 eggs
10 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed well
16 oz cottage cheese
