Brownies made with black beans instead of flour (very tasty!).

Yields: 12 brownies
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8 x 8 pan.
Blend all ingredients until they are completely smooth (food processor or VitaMix), really smooth, like pudding.
Pour batter into the greased 8x8 pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing. If they are a little bit undercooked, chill in the fridge for an hour or more to firm them up.

1 ½ cups black beans (approx. 14-15 oz can), drained and rinsed well
2 ½ TBS cocoa powder
½ cup quick oats
¼ tsp salt
1 banana, ripe (or ½ cup apple juice concentrate, unsweetened)
