Hi, everyone! It seems these web forums are not as active as the Community but since this is meant to be Q&A, I’ll ask one that I imagine many others ask as well…
If I was already eating no “white” flour, etc before coming across RR, I’m assuming I should not go BACK to “the white stuff”, correct? Also, I had been toying with no sugar for abut 5 days before I came across PnP/RR. Should I now not worry about that and eat more like before? I get the idea that this needs to go slowly so I want to do it “right.” Also, I’ve been journaling food and mood for a while now and fully intend to continue during Step 1, with the intent that will bring more mindfulness to what ‘m doing.
