Delicious and filling cheesecake!
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Grease 4 to 6 custard cups.
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into greased custard cups.
Bake for 25 minutes.
15 oz pumpkin, unsweetened, canned
12 oz cream cheese, light
4 eggs
1 banana
dash nutmeg (to taste)
½ tsp cinnamon (to taste)
dash ginger (to taste)
