The Seven Steps of Radiant Recovery®

Here are the seven steps that will free you from sugar addiction and transport you to radiance.

Do one step at a time. Do them in order. Proceed to the next step after you have mastered the one before it. Each step builds on the last.

  • Eat breakfast with protein
  • Journal what you eat and how you feel
  • Eat three meals a day with protein and a complex carb
  • Take the recommended vitamins and have a potato before bed
  • Shift from white foods to brown foods
  • Reduce or eliminate sugars
  • Create a new life
