28 Day RADIANT RECOVERY REHAB
Dr. Kathleen DesMaisons has designed a unique 28-day recovery project for You! She has been listening and knows you want to to regroup, reconnect and return to radiance.

You know what to do but can’t seem to get motivated,
Your sleep is all over the place and want to rest,
You love the program and remember what it can give them.
It doesn’t matter if your food is good, bad, or impossible. You can be depressed, cranky, funny, or hopeful.
THE PROGRAM
This 28 day program will keep you safe, focused and on task. This will be an intensive every day process which will include:
- Concrete guidance each day with manageable tasks to get you back on track
- 24/7 email interaction so you can check in anytime from anywhere
- Dedicated weekly chats on Mondays at two times to accommodate people in different time zone
- Combined learning of skills and personal dialogue
- Great food [you are making it!]
- Focused problem solving
- Journaling not required

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMITTANCE
You have to have worked on the steps through at least Step 3 in the past.
You will participate [ you can chose which of the formats works best for you]. You do not “have to” be there at a specific time.
You are willing to commit to the full fee for the program.[this means you can drop out at any time, but you pay for 28 days]. Rotating start dates..
