1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon pine nuts
1 cup salad mix
1 tablespoon creamy Caesar salad dressing
1 pita
Toast the pita just long enough to make it pliable. Toss the other ingredients together and stuff inside the pita.
The measurements are actually approximations, so experiment with what you like/need.
