This is something my sister and i have discovered that is soooooo delicious that you can eat during the holidays and not go NUTS!
1 15 oz can of unsweetened pumpkin
1 12 oz can of fat free or light cream cheese
4 eggs
1 banana
nutmeg
cinnamon
ginger
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
2. Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into greased custard cups and bake for 25 minutes.
