1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (1 large or 1 1/2 small lemons)
3/4 cup olive oil (or sometimes I mix canola and olive)
1-2 tbs tamari soy sauce
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Shake all ingredients in a bottle.
