1/2 cup tamari
1/2 cup water
1/2 c vinegar (wine, balsamic, whatever)
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic
Blend 30 seconds. Refrigerate
