1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. roast beef, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
Mix all ingredients except beef and onion. Pour over the beef and onion. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. This will keep all week in the refrigerator if it lasts that long.
