Wholewheat English muffin, toasted, melt some cheese on top of each half.
Fried egg — not runny, fully cooked (fried with a bit of olive oil, low heat, lid on the skillet — almost steamed, actually).
2 or 3 slices of vegetarian (soy-based) Canadian bacon.
All of these are sandwiched together. It is VERY GOOD and very filling indeed.
