Welcome to our special classes connected to the topics we will be doing in the chats. . You will join the class and work with the same class members for that time. We will work on one assignment a day. Each person can respond and ask questions as much as they like. The questions and replies go to all the members of the group.
If you’ve any problems or any questions about any of the classes, please get in touch.
Payment is due upon registration. If you find you cannot take the class at the time it is being offered, we will issue a credit for you to take another or the same class at a later date, if we are notified within two days. After that there will be no credits issued.

Emotional Healing
This is a new class designed to give you understanding of the special emotional world of the sugar-sensitive person. We will look at how childhood experiences combine with our special brains to create a unique way of coping. We will learn how disassociation protects and also keeps us from healing. This will be a very structured and safe class for people on step 6 or more.
