Thanks for the idea. I've never been adventurous with millet, just eating it plain with butter or avocado, but millet risotto sounds like something i'd like to try.
I'm surprised to see a ton of millet risotto recipes online, nonetheless, i'd be interested to have your recipe if you wouldn't mind sharing your millet secrets.
