: Hi Dori!
: I'm sorry. I thought i had replied to
: this post and I see I have not!
: And if i did and this is repeated
: well than that will be funny! LOL.
: Anywho, radical self care is this
: idea of being 100 percent
: responsible for getting your own
: needs met. So you do what you need
: to do to take care of yourself be
: it good food, good sleep,
: exercise, emotional connection,
: physical touch, whatever makes you
: happy and keeps you feeling good
: and strong. you don't worry if
: taking good care of yourself will
: upset other people either!
: It reminds me a lot of this community
: actually. We all are responsible
: for taking good care of ourselves
: and we have great modeling to
: learn how to do that.
: What fun!!
: Thanks for asking!
: And I'm sorry to hear about your
: accident. Are you feeling better?

Hi Sandra
Thanks for replying. Over time I think the pain has been lessening. I still have a lot of trouble with stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Stretching and strengthening exercises have helped as have chiropractic, heat and especially massage.
Unfortunately, I hurt my left knee yesterday. I think it got weakened and was ready to blow. The doc says my ligament on the side of my knee (next to other leg) is sprained. If I rest it, ice it and don't do any extremes of stretching, it will heal in about 2 weeks.
I am hoping going gluten free will strengthen my body's immune system and the joints so these things don't happen so much. This is my first goal, then I plan to decrease the "high impact" fruit I eat. It is a process.
