Terri, I'm curious about your lunch containers ... when you freeze your pre-made lunch, what kind of containers are you using? I'd love to do this, but haven't figured out what the best container for freezing is ... do you use something that separates all the parts, i.e. meat, brown and veggies, or do you just throw it all in together?
