: I've been having millet for my

: Other favorites for breakfast are
: buckwheat cereal, sweet potatoes,
: oats (you can buy gf), and

Hi Colette:

I have oatmeal for breakfast though it is not certified gluten free. I also have shake - almond milk, "all one" vitamins, protein powder - two scoops and a banana.

So, it is lunch I need to work on next. I think that is good way to work it - a meal at a time. :h10)

I have tried brown rice, brown rice pasta, buckwheat - both plain and the cream of wheat cereal, sweet potatoes, yam cakes (Elaine in Co recipe), potatoes in their jackets, Polenta, blue corn taco shells and chips, gluten free nut crackers, Mary's Gone Crackers, hummus. :h4)

So, I have tried a lot, but I guess I get stuck eating three things - oatmeal, brown rice and brown rice pasta. Part of it is I am always in a rush when I eat lunch and pack my meal and snack for work. :s4( I need to learn to plan. :h3)

So lunch is the next frontier! Thanks Colette, :h5)
