Hi Dori,

What kinds of gluten free browns have you tried so far? One suggestion would be to just work on gf breakfast ideas, and when you are comfortable with that, add another meal, etc, unless for medical reasons you need to do it all at once.

I've been having millet for my breakfast brown, and cook it up with chicken...add some spices. My current favorite has been ginger. Other favorites for breakfast are buckwheat cereal, sweet potatoes, oats (you can buy gf), and lentils. I make a kind of *soup*, so have my protein, brown, and can add veggies too!
