Hi Adrian:

The first book is called "The Thyroid Solution" by Ridha Arem MD. The second book discussed in Kathleen's class is "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Hypothyroidism" by Ken Blanchard MD PhD and Marietta Abrams Brill.

I have found both to be helpful. Every so often Kathleen gives a class on Thyroid issues. It is very informative and useful class.
