Yeah for you for following good self care at the conference. What does "radical" self care mean according to your conference?

I am learning how important back hygiene is since my car accident 6 weeks ago. I just learned how to lift my arm up to my head without pain - who knew that turning your arm so palm is up when lifting it up from the side would result in no pain.
