Thank you so much for providing access to the newsletter that gives a guide about how much protein is in things like eggs, meat, fish. It is a helpful guide that I have saved and will print out when my printer behaves itself again. :h4)

Reading labels really does help. I was amazed at how little protein regular yogurt has and how much Greek yogurt has though you have to check the label carefully as some Greek yogurts don't have the protein in them that others do. :h3)

I had gotten away from measuring my food and I think the amounts I eat have increased over the last year. I am most likely getting more protein than I need and more browns, though if I cut it too much it won't last me. Some careful measuring and journaling is in order. :h26)

Sometimes I freeze meat and forget how much the item weighed or it came as a pack with a group weight given. :s7( I will have to get out my scale! I just inherited one from my dad's garage, but it needs some derusting on the bottom! :h10)
