Hang in there hon. You can DO this. One step at a time. And sounds like breakfast is going strong for you! That is great.

Your post reminds me of how I felt when i first started. I wanted to be so done with the sugar and the misery but it worked better for me when I took it slow and connected and got support. :h4) I discovered I wasn't alone. And there were people ahead of me that had gotten through it and now were thriving. That really helped me a lot to remember that I could do it too. :h7)
