I make weekdays my spa days.Although I try very hard to stay on track weekends can still be a bit difficult
.To counteract effects of say -- too much Chinese food- I carefully plan delicious nutritious meals,like shakes made with frozen peaches ginger and almond milk.
I don't know where you are with the steps but this works well with spa breakfasts.Make something really tasty to get you feeling healthy
