Thank you so much for the reply! I can do 80/day. I have been so worried about my kidneys trying to get 40 or more grams per meal. .4 give me way over 100g, and I have been trying but just can't. I am glad to hear this! 26 per meal is my new perfect! yay!
I am excited I can still work these steps without worrying about my other health problems.
