Update~~~
Thank you for all of the feedback guys! I did my same breakfast this morning except had turkey patties for my protein instead of the whey protein I'd been using. If my energy level crashed 70% or so the last two days, it only crashed 30-40% or so today. This leads me to believe that there IS something in the particular whey protein mix that I am not reacting well with. So I'm going to stick with the meat for protein the next few days, and also try the oatmeal instead of cheerios and see how things go.
One thing I am having trouble with-- I can understand my hunger thermostat being off and not being hungry in the morning. But it seems like I'm not very hungry throughout the rest of the day either! This makes it hard for me to eat my snacks or a big, protein laden lunch. Which in turn could adversely affect my energy levels. Any advice on this?
