so glad you are asking for information Craig! I kept on doing the same breakfast thing for ages and feeling rubbish when I only had a tablespoon of oats in
but I kept sticking with it and waiting for something to happen . when I eventually tried different things it was so much better!
cheerios wouldnt suit my body at all but then I do like dense things
in the winter mashed sweet potato has been a favourite as its so warming. theres lots of options though, hot oats, buckwheat cereal, brownrice pudding... you might get lots of suggestions over on the step one list. Let us know what you try next
