I think its great that you are taking notice of how you are feeling. I remember the temptation to just get through things and not really acknowledging how I felt.
what step are you working on? everything was too muddly for me at first to work out what was what, but I do remember by the end of step 3 noticing my 'blue wednesdays' as a result of intermittent sugar
would you like to share what is happening with your step ? as I recall, that was what helped my wednesdays improve just putting my focus on the food.
