Newbie from Scotland

Hi, I am new to Radiant Recovery. I have been working on the programme for more than a month after finding PNP on Amazon. I have for many years been trying to loose weight unsuccessfully and used to drink far too much.
I have always told people that I can only lose weight when I am happy and that I am addicted to white bread and pasta ... they have always laughed at me and my doctor just thinks I am a greedy person with no self discipline ... he gives all overweight people a very hard time being a fit marathon runner himself.
When I started reading PNP it was a revelation. I found that I had already started the programme without realising - having given up most white things and the overt sugars like cake and desserts, but I still "treated myself" to sweet things after meals and the occasional biscuit (or two or three) and of course I was constantly falling and bingeing.
I was already taking all the vitamins and since reading the PNP, the Total Recovery and the PNP Diet I have cut out most sugars and all white things ... I feel great, have lost half a stone and have never felt the inclination to binge but I am very aware of the dangers.
I would love to hear from anyone else in Britain who is on the programme so we can share and seek out British foods that fit.
