Thanks to everyone for their kind words. I was already a breakfast person so step one wasn't much of a struggle. However, I now make sure it is in within an hour of waking up and it is liberating to eat carbs in the morning. I have also learned that I can't just eat "a little something" anymore. It have started to find the right amount of food (making sure I have the right amount of protein) that will last until lunch without a huge crash when I get there. My favorite breakfast food is eggs....in all its wondrous varieties! :) I have also started my food journal and have included a section for daily insights as my awareness to my body's messages becomes more clear. Here's to positive experiences. :)
