Thank you for your response! The product I am using is Body Fortress "Super Advanced Whey Protein". The ingredients in order are Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine, L-Glutamine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Maltodextrin, Cocoa, natural and artificial flavors, Soy Lecithin, Cellulose Gum, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose. I don't know what this means, but it advertises having over 8 grams of BCAA's, Crystalline Taurine, and Lean Mass Activators. I have 1 scoop per morning in a 10 ounce glass of 1% milk, which provides a total of 36 g protein. I have it with whole wheat bread, triscuits, or rye Wasfa crackers.
For lunch I usually have a chicken breast sandwich on whole wheat, with string cheese and water. Since I've been running out of energy in the afternoon I've started to bring additional snacks of string cheese, triscuits, and mixed nuts which I eat whenever I feel myself starting to "crash". As for my job, I am a letter carrier. On my route I walk 8-9 miles per shift, with a lot of flights of stairs and some steep avenues.
Thanks again!
Craig
