Hi Rachel,
It's nice to have you stop by!
When things are overwhelming, it is ok to relax a bit. Over the years I have observed that instead of trying to push through, re-visiting is a good idea. What if you took a step back and let us know how breakfast is going for you? Many of us are really excited about the program at first, and try to tackle it all at once. Take a look at breakfast...are you getting enough protein, eating a complex carb, eating within the hour, and eating everyday? Do you have some favorites? How long have you been eating breakfast? Just a few questions to get you started.

: Hello everyone. I am on step four of
: the program. I have no problems
: taking my vitamins every day, but
: I am still having problems with
: step three. (I was already taking
: the vitamins before reading the
: book, so I'm not skipping steps! I
: know that is not a good way to do
: this). I just wake up some days
: and feel like everything is too
: hard. It's too hard to
: "worry" about
: everything: what I eat, when I
: eat...blah blah. I feel like some
: days are just too hard to stick to
: it. I try to pick myself up the
: next day and carry on. I guess I
: just want to know that I am not
: alone. These steps are deceptively
: simple, and I feel like it should
: be easier. At least when you are
: doing something like quitting
: smoking you know it should be
: really hard. I have been over
: weight and addicted to sugar for
: years. I just feel like I am at
: the point where I need to reach
: out for some encouragement.
: Thank you all for such wonderful
: resources, and such a great
: community!
