Hi Amanda
Well done for what you have done re breakfasts. It's good to hear that your mornings are fine. I am generally a "morning" person but still have some work to do around breakfast.
I should be interested to know what sort of work you do in a school. Do you find it stressful? Do you enjoy it? Perhaps tiredness is drawing you to the toffees. Are you so tired that you could not go out for a walk instead of eating the sugar? After being an exercise-hater for most of my life, I have come round to enjoying it, so change is always possible.
Try not to beat yourself up about things (easier said than done, I know) and keep posting!
