breakfast/pop?
Hi. I have been able to follow step 1 very consistently and am now on step 2. Step 2 is much more difficult for me. I don't think I want to be accountable for how much sugar I eat. Anyway, here is my question. Some people drink coffee in the morning, I drink a can of regular Pepsi. I have my breakfast around 6:45 and around 9 or so I drink a can of pop. I then eat lunch around 11:45. Does that sabotage my breakfast with protein? Any and all help would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Kim
