Hi SJD:
I really like olive oil! I like extra virgin olive oil, first cold press. I have found I just don't like the taste of the fancier costly ones. I am not sure I have ever tried Greek olive oil. Mine is Italian. My most favorite way to use it is when I make the eggplant for ratatouille. The eggplant really soaks it up and then when combined with the other ingredients makes it all taste soooo yummy!
