Hi Joy, thanks for your reply, it was really useful to hear how you tackle it. It made me laugh about not giving people the whole PNP synopsis as I'm at that point of wanting to tell everyone about the mice, the neurotransmitters etc and have to hold back!! I'm only had that conversation with a couple of people but can totally relate!! I almost feel a bit evangelical...LOL!!
