Thank you Kathleen for your advise.
I will try and slow down. I am finding mornings are fine. I feel so much better with my breakfasts and although I feel a little hunger around 11 am I can usually go through to lunch at 12.30. I work in a school so I have a school dinner and usually find myself eating a dessert. Then I feel very tired in the afternoon and start to crave sugar about 4pm. I have just eaten another bag of toffees even though I vowed I would only eat sugar with meals today.
Why do I do this to myself. I have even managed to stop drinking for 7 months but I cant do this at all. I feel like I am going crazy.
