Good morning. I started reading TSATRP yesterday and feel a great sense of relief and hope and acceptance. My tendency is to rush through and skip parts, but I am focusing on going slowly. I am very happy to find this forum for resource and support, and I'm grateful.
I started with step one today. One of my favorite breakfast meals is an oatmeal yogurt concoction: 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1/3 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt, 2 TB flax seeds, 1/3 cup non sweetened applesauce, cinammon, 1/4 cup of milk or cream and 2-3 packets of stevia. I shake it up in a jar, leave it in the fridge overnight, and have it for breakfast in the morning. Usually I wait until 1030-1100 to eat it, but today I ate it earlier.
Question: is this meal acceptable? Should I make any modifications to it?
