Hi Petra
Since the shift into step 3 is happening naturally, I would just go with it. You aren't forcing it, and it isn't distracting you from step 2. Step 3 has a lot to it. For me, the biggest challenge was all the planning for shopping and cooking. That took a while to work out. So you can just ease into it naturally and gradually.
