I need some reassurance

Hi everyone! :h4)
I have been on Step 2 for about 25 days now :h11)
I LOVE writing in my journal, it really is so helpful!
Recently I looked over what I had been writing and realized that
I might have already started on step 3... I haven't done this on purpose,
but it just felt so good... and so right to eat protein 3 times a day, and for some
reason I've been eating just about the right amount too... with complex carbs...
Now, I haven't been eating quite enough every single day (as if I REALLY was on step 3),
but still.... It just makes me more stable and happy throughout the day.
SO... I guess I might start doing step 3 then...consciously.. What do you guys think?
Would that be rushing it? I know I shouldn't rush it... although I might already have done so :h3)
My journal is a habit... I haven't forgotten it a single day, and I love it.... :h11)
I just feel I need a little reassurance that I'm not "cheating" or rushing anything :h5)
