Hi Debbie:
I was struck by the use of your word "bad or naughty" for eating eating sugary or white things. The best thing about RR for me has been gaining a new viewpoint on my relationship to food and my body. Now things like sugar foods and white things are just foods that my body doesn't do well on. As I did the steps I began to like how my body felt when I ate browns and eventually how it felt sugars free , so for the most part I don't eat those foods and if I do I must be prepared for the fallout. Healing my biochemistry problem has made a huge difference in what I like to eat and what doesn't interest me. This will happen for you too, if you do the steps in order and slowly.
