Decided now I am doing well with my breakfasts to make friends with potatoes. Up to now when dieting I have seen potatoes as a bad food. This has made me nervous about eating them. So today sat down and ate one guilt free, just to see how I woul feel and not worrying about having it as part of step 4. Do you know I really enjoyed it and saw it for what it is, simply food not endowed with negative characteristics. So pleased with myself!!!
