Thanks Dori and JoEllen. I only used 2 figs and two apples for the whole "cake" (skins on). I really have to pretend it is a cake because it is not very sweet. I didn't use anything else for sweetening. My journal says OK. No BE rush. I think it's psychological. I have to have this treat with dinner to substitute for my daily sugar hit that was with me until Step 6. Maybe one day I will get over this, but for now, it is keeping me off the white stuff.
