Thanks for your lovely message. Well done for all the changes you have made with your diet - you have really motivated me :h4) I have just had my breakfast and it really is a struggle trying to eat within that first hour but hopefully I will get more into a routine. Today I had cheerios (I am from UK) they are mixed wholegrains but they do have sugar so I think I need to swap to porridge or something. I also like special K which has less sugar. maybe some sugar is ok for now - I don't want to run before I can walk. My chciken was tasty and quick and easy to eat but I think I need to move onto a shake. I hope you have a lovely day :h10)
