Hi Sandra :h6)

Thanks for your lovely message. I have just had my first breakfast and I am feeling really positive. I did eat some of my chicken last night when I got in late fromw work (I was preparing it for today) that I didn't feel like snacking on anything naughty like crisps or chocolate (which is usual for me at night time) I actually even felt hungry this morning too. I know I am suppossed to be only focusing on breakfast but I am already thinking about trying to eat protein at every meal - maybe I should slow down a bit. Your breakfast sounded lovely yesterday. xx
